I want to tell you all what a wonderful, stress free and truly satisfying
purchase Mary and I had.  Your process you “made” me go through
was certainly the way it should be done.  I just wanted windows from
someone who would deliver.  Instead I got a company that genuinely
cared about me, my house and my experience. 
 
Nothing could have gone better.  From the first phone call to the last
handshake your expertise is evident.  Even though I changed my mind
and up sold myself causing more paperwork for Eldred, he happily obliged. 
With a smile on his face that was real, not forced. Even warning me I am
over my original budget.  And your insistence, my trip to the shop was
right on target.
 
We got our windows a few days before Christmas 2005 and coincidently
2 days before our PGE billing period.  We got our first PGE bill with our
new windows.  Well with gas price going up 60 cents per therm and electricity going up too, we did have our highest bill ever from our PGE
friends at 411.00.

The programmed thermostat has not been changed for temperature or
time for comparison.  Our new windows cut our Therm usage by more
than 25%.

From 4.1 to 3.0 therms per day.  Our furnace very noticeably does shut
off and the house maintains the set temperature.  By my estimation, I
think we have saved in our first month 100-150 dollars on our PGE bill.
 
Next up a new roof, you would be interested would you? ;)
 
Anyone hesitating to use your service should be handed this letter and
sign the contract!  They won’t be disappointed.
